The quote for this Caddyshack cross stitch comes from Assistant Greenskeeper Carl Spackler in a very funny performance by Bill Murray. His attempt to kill the gopher involves dropping explosives down all the gopher holes. Needless to say, hilarity ensues.

Along with James Bond movies, Caddyshack is a great source of mindless entertainment. It has a very funny cast, including Chevy Chase, Rodney Dangerfield, Ted Knight, Bill Murray, Michael O’Keefe, and Brian Doyle-Murray. It was written and directed by Harold Ramis who also directed Vacation and Groundhog Day, wrote Meatballs, Stripes, and Ghostbusters I & II. He is perhaps best known for playing Dr. Igon Spengler in Ghostbusters.
All in all, it was a very talented group of writers, cast, and crew that came together to make Caddyshack. If you haven’t seen it yet, I encourage you to do so as it is entirely silly.
