This Let it Snow cross stitch pattern is now available in my Etsy shop!
This project is inspired by the Celebrity Jeopardy sketches on Saturday Night Live. Sean Connery’s character would often misread the category titles and in this instance, Sean Connery read “Let it Snow” as “Le Tits Now.” It’s absolutely hilarious! The whole sketch is great, but the build up to this line starts at around the 6:00 mark.
I spaced the lettering on this project to lightly suggest “Le Tits Now” rather than “Let It Snow” in case someone really likes this pattern as a legit Christmas or Holidays project. However, that spacing can easily be modified to accentuate the funnier aspect of the pattern. Combine the spacing with the not-so-subtle placement of hills and the two trees on said hills, and I guarantee this project will get some second glances and giggles, even without your guests knowing the SNL reference.
If someone were interested in making this as a Let it Snow cross stitch holiday-themed project, again, the spacing of the lettering could be adjusted quite easily. I would also suggest adding a few more tress to the landscape! Ha!
